The company, which works on developing, manufacturing, and selling satellite image data, plans a public offering of 5.72 million shares, representing 18% of its total issued shares, with an additional 850,000 shares for over-allotment. QPS, led by Emeritus Professor Tetsuo Yasaka, has successfully launched a SAR-equipped satellite capable of imaging the Earth&#8217;s surface in any weather, beneficial for rapid disaster assessment.
