The company agreed to a base pay rise, marking a record-breaking increase of \u00a513,000 per month, the highest in its history. This negotiation took place at the company&#8217;s Kitakyushu headquarters, where management conveyed the full agreement in writing to the union representatives. Starting the new fiscal year, the base pay will be raised by this amount, with the total increase, including regular pay raises, averaging over \u00a520,000 per month or about 6%. This increase is the most substantial since the current demand format was established in 1998.
