The “T-LOGI Fukuoka Island City,” Kyushu’s largest logistics facility, has recently been completed on Fukuoka City’s artificial “Island City.” Developed jointly by Tokyo Tatemono<\/span>,Tokyu Land Corporation<\/span>, and two other companies, this six-story building boasts a total floor area of 148,000 square meters. It features a double ramp way allowing trucks to access up to the fifth floor directly, facilitating efficient loading and unloading operations. Located strategically, it provides quick access to the Kyushu Expressway, enabling fast deliveries to Hakata Station area and the city center, while being adjacent to Hakata Port’s container terminal.
