One highlight is the Gundam-themed float, &#8220;Gundam Hakata Thunder Legend,&#8221; celebrating the series&#8217; 45th anniversary. The unveiling event featured Hiroko Moriguchi, a singer from Fukuoka who performed theme songs for the series, delighting attendees. The Gundam float, part of the 60th anniversary of the running floats tradition, will race through Kushida Shrine on July 15.
