The Buzen plant, which has been idle since 2018, will be decommissioned in March 2026. Meanwhile, the coal-powered Kanda plant, inactive since July 2023, is set for closure in June 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite these closures, the company assures there will be no impact on the region&#8217;s power supply.
