This is Ippudo\u2019s 14th store in Fukuoka Prefecture and the second inside a Japanese airport. Timed with the company\u2019s 40th anniversary, the store represents a return to its origins while incorporating innovative culinary concepts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A standout feature of the menu is the use of Itoshima-sourced ingredients to highlight local flavors. The \u201cItoshima\u201d ramen, exclusive to this location, incorporates fresh regional produce and seafood, emphasizing the connection to Fukuoka\u2019s agricultural and culinary traditions. The menu also includes recreated versions of the original \u201cWhite\u201d and \u201cRed\u201d tonkotsu ramen recipes, the \u201cHakata Matsuri Ju\u201d bento featuring Hakata specialties like mentaiko and karashi takana, and the limited-time \u201cRooibos Tea Tonkotsu\u201d ramen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The store design includes an open kitchen for an engaging dining experience and decor reflecting Ippudo\u2019s history and Hakata\u2019s cultural heritage. Amenities such as accessible seating, luggage space, and a relaxed jazz soundtrack cater to travelers.
