Known for its high-quality rice and water transport along the Yabe River, the region has a long history of sake production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tamamizu<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sake Brewery, founded in 1878, continues to use traditional wooden presses.
