Among them, Aura Tech from Chikugo, Fukuoka Prefecture, made its debut, showcasing an innovative nozzle capable of emitting ultra-fine water droplets at near-sonic speeds for semiconductor cleaning. The technology aims to enhance cleaning efficiency while reducing water consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aura Tech\u2019s booth attracted 12 companies, including international firms from India and Taiwan, during the event. The company hopes its cutting-edge solution, launched in January 2024, will find broader applications in the semiconductor industry.
