Among the highlights are<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Kamakiri <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Udon, known for its homemade noodles made from Itoshima-grown wheat; Takenoya, offering eel dishes and its famous &#8220;guruguru&#8221; grilled chicken skin skewers; and Umino Shokudo, serving seafood rice bowls made with fresh fish from Nagahama Market. Additional options include authentic tonkatsu at Ando, bubble-style tonkotsu ramen at Ko-chan Ramen, and hearty motsunabe (offal hot pot) from Rakutenchi. The food hall, designed to evoke the bustling atmosphere of a traditional yatai street, aims to immerse visitors in Fukuoka\u2019s vibrant food culture.
