This figure surpasses the pre-pandemic 2018 record of <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3,623,748 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">visitors, driven by rising inbound tourism from East and Southeast Asia amid a weak yen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In December alone, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">388,157<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> visitors arrived, marking a monthly record. Cruise passengers were excluded from this tally; however, including them, October&#8217;s confirmed figure reached 440,526.
