The former company president and others were arrested earlier in February for allegedly inflating employee leave days to receive \u00a522 million in employment adjustment subsidies. They were re-arrested on February 24 for additional fraudulent claims during a separate period. Along with the full repayment, the company faces a \u00a5200 million penalty.
