The council aims to maximize economic benefits from Kumamoto\u2019s growing semiconductor industry while addressing labor and environmental challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sony Semiconductor Manufacturing President Yoshihiro Yamaguchi was appointed as the inaugural chairman, with leadership roles also held by representatives from TSMC Kumamoto and Tokyo Electron Kyushu.
