The move will allow Trial to expand into the Kanto, Chubu, and Kansai regions, where Seiyu has a strong presence, without significant store overlap. The acquisition also grants Trial access to Seiyu\u2019s private-brand products and central kitchen facilities, enhancing the group\u2019s food production and logistics.
