This new route replaces the traditional general knowledge exam with the widely used SPI aptitude test to ease entry barriers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grip strength standards for physical tests have also been lowered\u2014from 45kg to 35kg for men and from 25kg to 20kg for women. The force currently offers three recruitment tracks: university-level, high school-level, and specialist investigator (language\/IT).
