The rings will be installed at river locations deemed high-risk for falls before the summer holiday season. Each device includes a 15-meter rope and pictogram signage to aid in emergency use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three people, including a four-year-old child, died in water accidents in the prefecture last fiscal year. Fukuoka Prefecture will also install warning signs at the designated locations.
