The adjacent military base, currently under construction, will be officially opened on that date, with the phased transfer of 17 aircraft from Kisarazu Base in Chiba expected to be completed by mid-August.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bureau cited aircraft maintenance and safety considerations as reasons for the month-long transfer period. Details on training operations post-deployment are still under review.
