These shelters are marked with light blue banners for easy identification.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mayor Daizo Kusuda emphasized the importance of providing safe, air-conditioned spaces, especially in a city that receives many visitors to its cultural and religious sites.
