The local fishing cooperative reports that the oysters, cultivated over three years, can weigh over 500 grams each, making them notably large and meaty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Producer Keiichiro Nakanishi noted that this year\u2019s harvest is especially rich and flavorful. The peak season runs from June to July, and oysters will continue shipping through the end of August.
