Contributing factors include the weaker yen and expanded international flights following the March opening of Fukuoka Airport\u2019s second runway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">February cruise arrivals also surged, with 75,418 visitors landing under simplified procedures\u2014a 2.3-fold increase year-on-year.
