The arrest follows a November 2024 incident in which products at the store\u2014known for selling so-called \u201clegal highs\u201d\u2014were found to contain compounds with cannabis-like effects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The drugs in question violate Japan\u2019s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
