Located 250 meters west of the Tenjin intersection, the new building will include retail on the lower floors and offices above, with a rooftop terrace. Construction begins in December. It will be the first project approved under Fukuoka\u2019s \u201cGreen Bonus\u201d program, which rewards building greening efforts with eased floor space regulations.
