Though not indicted, he admitted to stealing from the same store multiple times due to financial and job-related stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Separately, a 26-year-old staff member in the Welfare and Labor Department received a 10% pay cut for eight months after fraudulently claiming \u00a588,380 in welfare-related allowances over 211 instances. Both employees expressed remorse.
