The \u201cTenjin Sumitomo Life FJ Business Center\u201d features 24 floors above ground and extensive shared amenities, including gyms, sauna facilities, and meeting rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite concerns over rising office vacancy rates, over 80% of the building is already leased. Developers credit the appeal of its refreshment spaces.
