The suspect allegedly visited the woman\u2019s home in August last year, claiming that sexual acts were necessary for her mental health. When she refused, he reportedly coerced her by threatening not to leave until she agreed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The victim reported the incident in May this year, revealing multiple similar assaults under the guise of \u201ctreatment.\u201d The suspect has admitted to the allegations and acknowledged that such acts are not therapeutic.
