Draft measures include setting breath alcohol thresholds at either 0.5 mg per liter of air or a stricter 0.25 mg, matching license revocation standards. Speeding at 40\u201350 km\/h above the limit on roads with a maximum of 60 km\/h is also being considered. The law could also apply when driving is deemed unsafe even if thresholds are not met.
