The company also received an Innovation Award for its Shoga Hyakkei Fermented Ginger Ale, recognized for its refined, dry taste and distinctive fermented aroma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The SIP Awards, an international competition judged by consumers through blind tastings, saw over 1,300 entries from 47 countries this year. Launched in 2023, Shoga Hyakkei is Goto Seika\u2019s lifestyle brand exploring new ways to enjoy ginger.
