Featuring traditional Japanese architecture with Hakata-ori\u2013inspired columns, it replaces the current facility in Ohori Park, which will be redeveloped as the new prefectural art museum. The new complex includes arenas for martial arts, archery, sumo, and basketball. Governor Seitaro Hattori said the prefecture aims to make it a facility loved by residents.
