The park, a popular gathering spot for young people during the season, will host the \u201cHitori Hitohana Autumn Festival\u201d from October 29 to November 2. To prevent congestion and disturbances, the city will prohibit entry to the park after 5 p.m. throughout the festival period. Police plan to strengthen patrols and implement traffic restrictions in parts of the Tenjin district on October 31, when the largest crowds are expected.
