Operated by subsidiary Nishitetsu Travel, the booth connects users remotely to staff at the company\u2019s Tenjin branch for domestic and international travel inquiries. Located on the second-floor concourse, it operates from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and until 4 p.m. on weekends. Using Hitachi\u2019s remote consulting system, it enables real-time communication and material sharing.
