Regular commuter passes would rise 16.5%, while student passes would remain unchanged. The company expects an additional \u00a5310 million annually to fund train replacements and offset higher energy and labor costs. The longest 7-km fare would increase from \u00a5320 to \u00a5380, while the \u00a5100 short-hop service will continue.
