Using cutting-edge tools from U.S. design software firm Synopsys, the program will start accepting applicants in December 2025 and launch courses in early 2026 for engineers and science students. Three course options\u2014ranging from three days to two months\u2014will offer hands-on training, including cleanroom-based manufacturing practice at the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park. The company has also hired Filipino engineers under Japan\u2019s National Strategic Special Zone program to address future instructor needs.
