Jointly developed by Mitsui Fudosan and Fukuoka Jisho, the complex will have a total floor area of 117,800 square meters, about 3,600 larger than its predecessor. It will feature international brand outlets, select shops, and restaurants aimed at a wide range of visitors, including tourists. An event plaza will also take advantage of the seaside setting.
