Officials confirmed that barriers across three locations had been removed, totaling 63 meters. The securing bolts\u2014258 in all\u2014were also taken. The city estimates the loss at about 250,000 yen and believes the metal was stolen for resale. A police report was filed, and patrols around the area were increased.
