Created by Kitakyushu City, JR West, and partners to support youth activities, the facility aims to encourage local engagement and provide a safe practice area. The opening ceremony featured performances by Ayumi, a member of Japan\u2019s Paris Olympic breaking team, along with local dancers. Visitors welcomed the central location and accessibility for children.
