Since early November, similar schemes nationwide have involved callers extracting email addresses and sending links to fake banking portals that capture IDs and passwords. Some cases resulted in unauthorized transfers exceeding \u00a5100 million. Fukuoka Bank temporarily suspended parts of its corporate e-banking service to prevent fraud and urged clients to access the site directly through official channels.
