The city added about \u00a5127 billion to its supplementary budget, including \u00a574 billion from a flexible central subsidy. Fees for February and March meter readings will be fully waived, covering basic and usage charges, saving households an estimated \u00a53,350 on average. About 900,000 households will qualify, while homes without sewer connections will receive reductions in related service fees.
