Reservations began on Dec. 15. The casual \u201cBEB\u201d brand targets group travelers, with room rates starting at \u00a56,600 per night and a fixed-price plan for guests aged 29 and under regardless of season or weekday. The 10-story hotel will have 119 rooms, all facing the Kanmon Straits, and a 24-hour shared lounge on the top floor that allows guests to bring their own food and drinks. Lower floors will host nine planned retail and dining tenants.
