The proposed covered walkway would span about one kilometer between the dome and Tojinmachi Station, a route that becomes crowded during baseball games and major events. On December 16, a senior team executive submitted a formal request to Mayor Soichiro Takashima, seeking cooperation on permits and other requirements. The plan envisions an elevated, roofed structure built above the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Komo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> River to improve access and visitor convenience.
