Average daily foot traffic stands at around 40,000, and sales at both the commercial floors\u2014home to roughly 130 tenants\u2014and the hotel have exceeded initial targets. The complex comprises retail and dining facilities, offices, and a hotel. Tenants include one of the largest directly operated Chanel boutiques in Japan, alongside other luxury brands, restaurants, and cosmetics retailers, all of which are performing strongly.
