The plan includes funds to study extending Nanakuma Line subway trains from four to six cars to ease rush-hour congestion, as well as examining a future link to Fukuoka Airport\u2019s international terminal. The city will also upgrade school lunch programs with new cooking and cooling equipment, and allocate funds for disaster preparedness and visitor management measures. Tax revenue is expected to hit a record \u00a5420\u2013430 billion due to higher incomes, corporate profits, and land prices.
