The project will be built on the former site of the bank\u2019s Kokura branch in Kokura Kita Ward and is scheduled for completion in August next year. The complex, named the \u201cSagin Kitakyushu Building,\u201d will feature retail space on the first floor, a bank branch on the second, and rental offices on floors three through eleven, with a total floor area of about 5,500 square meters. Kitakyushu City will provide subsidies of up to \u00a51 billion under its Kokura\u2013Kurosaki Revitalization program, which promotes redevelopment through financial incentives and regulatory support.
