Construction began the same day, with completion scheduled for March 2028. The 15-story building will feature energy-efficient glass, advanced air-conditioning systems, and the use of renewable energy to achieve net-zero carbon dioxide emissions. Retail space will be located on the first floor, with flexible office layouts above.
