Tokyo Shoko Research polled 479 firms in December on the impact of worsening Japan-China relations. Nearly 85% reported no current or expected impact on sales or orders, suggesting short-term effects remain limited. However, about 36% said they were reviewing sourcing strategies to lower reliance on China, and roughly 31% were considering restricting employee travel.
