The contract, dated February 4, covers approximately 126,200 square meters near JR Takeshita Station, an area with strong transport access and projected population growth. JR Kyushu, together with Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and JA Mitsui Leasing Kyushu, has not disclosed redevelopment plans but said it aims to contribute to community development around the station.
