The gains were driven in part by a 15% average fare increase introduced in April 2025, which lifted railway passenger revenue to \u00a5129.4 billion, up 15%. Strong condominium sales and property transactions also supported earnings, with real estate sales revenue surging 76% to \u00a522.6 billion.
