The company will occupy about 4,600 square meters, housing approximately 700 employees from four affiliated firms. The move will centralize sales, technical, and other operations, strengthening its role as a regional hub and making it the company\u2019s second-largest base in Japan after Osaka. The building, which opened in April 2025, has reached roughly 90% occupancy including pending contracts.
