The move comes as semiconductor investment accelerates across the region following Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.\u2019s expansion into Kumamoto. Taiwanese staff fluent in Chinese will assist businesses with financing, account openings, recruitment consultations, and business matching services. The Taipei office will provide information and support for companies considering operations in Kyushu, while Kumamoto Bank will help with administrative procedures.
