The property opened as Matsuya Ladies in 1973, became Mina Tenjin in 2005, and was integrated with neighboring North Tenjin during a 2023 renovation. The current building has nine floors above ground and two basement levels. The project could use Tenjin Big Bang incentives to add floors and expand the total floor area.
