New riverside terraces bring visitors closer to the Naka River in central Fukuoka. Three takeaway food-and-drink shops opened, including Hello Brewery, which serves craft beer made with Itoshima ingredients. The project uses the Park-PFI system, with part of the businesses\u2019 revenue contributing to park improvement costs.
