The patients are three teenagers in Fukuoka City and a man in his 50s in Onojo. The man had traveled overseas to an area with a measles outbreak, while the teenagers had no overseas travel history. Two of the patients used the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line and Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station while potentially infectious.
